No conocía este sitio y me he llevado una de las mejores sorpresas de mi vida. Todo insuperable, la dueña cuando la dije que me cambiara la almohada, cuando subí a la habitación ya estaba cambiada, la comida super, el servicio super atento todo y como guinda final Javier, el camarero, resulta que es un cantante a Capela que a escrito canciones y bueno...........
Siempre que paso por la zona paro a picar algo en este lugar. Hoy me he llevado una grata sorpresa con la tortilla de patata: en muchos establecimientos de hostelería se les está olvidando hacer uno de nuestros platos más tradicionales. Un 10 para el/la cocinero/a en muy pocos lugares he comido una tortilla así.
Queremos dejar publicado que hemos pasado una noche en el hostal el sábado día 22 de noviembre de 2025 somos cazadores que cogimos eso tal porque estaba cerca de cantalojas y también bajamos al restaurante a cenar por la noche y nos atendió un camarero llamado Javier creo que nos dijo que es andaluz y la verdad que cenamos lo que él quiso y tengo que reconocer que es la primera vez que en un restaurante un hotel un camarero nos haya tratado con una amabilidad una simpatía y una profesionalidad como ha hecho este andaluz cenamos chuletón salteado de setas y el postre y todo espectacular La habitación un 10 en todo Y el precio muy bueno Y gracias a la gerencia del hostal nuestra señora del Pinar por en un pueblo tan pequeño y en la sierra de Guadalajara disponga de un servicio y sobre todo de un profesional y simpatía como es el camarero andaluz Volvemos por qué con personal así y atención merece la pena volver aquí Gracias por todo....
